The fact that a one-book story has been stretch into 3 films for no other reason than profit is all the reason I need to boycott the Hobbit in theaters.

My point is that the Hobbit, as written, is a compact story and it appears nothing more than GREED has driven the production team to stretch it into 3 movies. I have nothing against the exploration of Middle Earth, but I despise blatant exploitation of a property.
