In fairness, they absolutely nailed the water. Sea of Thieves has easily the most impressive wave and ship physics I’ve ever seen in a video game. It’s a shame the game itself is so lacking in content at launch, because the foundation is there for something great.

Unless somebody else decides to put up the publishing money (which everybody else turned it down for Bay2) then cutting ties with Nintendo means no more Bayonetta at all.

If his employer feels that him stating those opinions in a public way that they’re facilitating (i.e. streaming) would lead to anyone taking their life, then the decision is less “he’s fired for his opinions” and more “he’s fired for potentially convincing our players and his viewers to kill themselves”.
