I realize that, but if they decided to do what I suggested they could (And I've seen a local gamestop do it, when they felt a person was abusing the return policy, not that big of a jump to pre-orders) how exactly is he going to fight them?

yea, if they catch on and say "your using this system fraudulently, we're holding you to the pre orders you've made" he's pretty fucked. Not like he can pay a attorney in used games to contest their ruling.
right, it removes any of the technical stuff (like laning) to encourage players to rush in and murder each other, which is fine, by the way, I actually like it.
I would say yes, only dumbed down (although it's alpha, so take it with a grain of salt stuff may be added)
on the upside, most of the piece appears factually accurate.
again, reading comprehension for the win, look at my replies. I'm in no way shape or form saying the 360 version would "preform close" to the XB1 version. What I am saying is if the 360 version is IN ANY WAY comparable, functionality wise, then it is in MS best interests to keep it out of circulation right now while…
but it's not about pulling it off "at the same level". Microsoft (and sony) need to show that Next gen is a huge jump to get people to switch. Gamers have limited budgets, for the most part. and if The difference, while readily apparent, is not as glaring as when we all went from the xbox and ps2 to the next gen,…
yes, I've seen the rumor, did he confirm Half life 3 while he was at it?
We will see.
I think it's the exact opposite actually. After playing it on the XB1, it seems that the game isn't really pushing the boundaries of that system. I bet the 360 version is close to the XB1 Version, and MS is pressuring EA to delay it to try to snag a few more 360 owners with the bundle pack.
"The game was designed for MP, we sim the entire region on the server so this is just not possible."
I will reinstall this once they patch the city sizes. The game has a multitude of problems, some of which they are addressing, but the primary one is that the plot size allows you to build a small town, not a city. It should be called "sim suburb"
That lizards wanted a peice of that High Elf booty for 15 years, talk about blue scales.
didn't I hear somewhere that Toys in the Attic only exists because it was unclear if the show would be funded for the final 13 episodes? so it was made as a kind of "well if we're going to get canceled, lets have fun here." episode? or did i just make that up in a dream i had?
also there was often an extra life mechanic that you could easily get more lives from.
so like an MMO?
If WoW had active combat, which ya know, it doesn't at all. They look the same graphically, but the actual controls are nothing alike.
Yes, although a non-cash option exists if you play enough to earn it. It's very similar to EVE's system. Either pay or grind enough in game money to purchase game time.
or who have limited time for CCG's, if you wanna be less of a dick about it. I love magic, but I can't fire it up on my tablet while i'm chilling out on the couch with 15 minutes to spare till I have to do something else.
so it's a CCG then?
