Honestly... THAT kind of advertising is acceptable. Ads during loading times are NOT ok... I’m skeptical that loading times can be artificially inflated to prolong ad exposure.

I would think you’d have to prove that some actual code or art assets were taken from Hades to have a chance in court.  I don’t think they can copyright the game mechanics themselves, and they certainly can’t copyright an art style.  

Or, you know, they didn't announce it because they aren't actually making it, despite 5 years of "rumors" and "leaks" to the contrary.

Adam the AI from Fusion and Adam Malkovich, Samus’ commanding officer from Other M are not the same character despite the AI being made from Adam Malkovich’s mind. Adam’s direction in Fusion was extremely useful, I could explore freely but I always knew exactly where to go to progress the game.

As someone who lived off of the GBA as a kid, the direct was a feast. New 2-D Metroid (Fusion best Metroid), Wario Ware coming back, and then ADVANCED FREAK’N WARS??? It was a good day.

And now we all know why Skyward Sword is getting re-released.

I mean... they can have games that feature political turmoil from the characters and setting, without trying to make some sort of grand political statement about the real world.
