The problem is, this wanst just any fangame, it was a romhack. I think the main problem was that he got too bold with the announcements. If he kept quiet like 99% of other romhack makers, it would have been released without problem.

From what I remember, Grand Tour’s first few episodes were Region locked to US, Japan, UK and a few other places. makes sense for that much torrenting.
