@missdona: I agree it's a great unit but the one I received from Amazon was hardly loud enough to hear on the highway. I went out and got the 755t which is perfect, works great and the same other than the voice activation.

@Jacobm001: How the heck do you think a portable browser is illegal? They are free to distribute because they are open source. As a matter of fact I have can name four + companies that have portable versions on their tools package as well as going out to CNET and downloading the portable version. If you read the…
The first problem here is that link posted does not work, so try [www.liberkey.com] and then click the British flag on the top. The second thing is a comment, you really should check out winPenPack they also come in three sizes allow you to pick the software and even add more to it later or the support tools pack. …
Ok you guys are missing the point on all of this, these are tools.. things to HELP you not be your only life line. Also Quicken is now free online, has mobile browser access, handles text messages, sends text updates and is a really well rounded secure tool. I just can't get used to and do not like Mint and those…
I think this appears to be a great service, I can empty out all the unique text addresses for each service. As for leaving my bank information in, it's funny how people don't read about the service, or even the comments they just assume.
Ahh first comment!!
@FranklinTurtle: I can tell you as an IVR developer that doesn't always work. I've had clients ask me to make sure that, that does NOT work.
Do not go to this site, while at one time it may have been a great link.. now it's a spam site full of popup windows and ads.
@JBHenry: I am not sure about installing Cygwin on a pen drive..but I know you can do the same with DSL and that will work. I also use Ceedoo (thanks LH) on an external drive and install most of my programs there.. although Cygwin here is approved :)
These people who keep saying they don't need a search and can find everything are simply either lying or not doing very much. As a developer and engineer for one of the largest finance companies in the US I have a large amount of folders and files on my machine and trust me I have them organized very well, folders..…
Well I used to use this and now that I'm at a new company I wanted to try it out and lo and behold.. it seems to no longer be around.
It's so strange...just the other day I was thinking I need something like this for my laptop (where I'm forced to run IE) and I searched and couldn't find anything that meshed with Foxmarks..and then the next day WHAM!...
I would have to agree about Monster and CB, I have actually gotten offers and took them from both places. On Monster I found a job I worked at for over 4 years and from CB almost 3 years. I do agree that they are SPAM magnets but you can work around that.
@Starlovin: See, that really suprises me. Everything I've ever heard about dealing with Google for support was always positive.
So far my account has never been hacked and I use quite a few methods to secure items. The first one is KeePass so I can keep my NON browser passwords in there. As for things in IE (EEWWWW) or FF I use SuperGenPass and I simply enter my standard password it validates it against a hash and then creates a password for…
WhiteOwl.. Not really like staring an e-mail in Google. I'm looking for a way when I send an e-mail it puts it on your schedule (Cal) to follow up. In outlook I can do this with a rule for sent mail.
It sounds like it does something big that Google doesn't do.. it plans your schedule for you. You tell it what's due and when and what days you want to work / study and it creates your schedule for these times.
Ok so here's my problem and I don't think this will actually solve it....
Interesting service. But don't most e-mail applications provide a "flag" of some sort that you can just set to remind you to follow up. I know Outlook and Lotus Notes both do and they even put it on your calendar to make sure.
Ok, so here's my problem. I need to find files every so often..I use a pretty good system so I know normally where they are. The issue is I need to scan and search Lotus Notes but our work laptops are not on XP SP2 yet.
