Ford has stated they will continue to make the cutaway and motorhome chassis units.

Ford E-Series. Some chassis and suspension parts interchange as far back as 1973 (radius arm bushings, bearings, etc) The current body from the nose back hasn't changed since 1992, and before that it hadnt changed since 71. You can literally not tell a 1992 from a 2012 from the rear. The front and rear suspension

I met with some friends on a private industrial park road this evening, and we did a few launches and dicked around. We talked about him, and were reflecting on his role in developing many of the dangerous/awesome cars we have today. We had my Ford GT, a shelby mustang, and a friends first gen viper in attendance.

Its a good idea, but not unless they ask.

I was. In the state of Tennessee, you are in fact only required to present your permit when specifically demanded for it by a law enforcement officer. In addition, the officer is not allowed to disarm you without a 'cause for reasonable safety concern' for themselves or the public. And even if he does disarm me, he

Aftermarket HIDs. Those people are assholes too. Go get your pattern checked and remove the pink/purple envelopes.

Not sure if detecting sarcasm...

When I dropped a supercharger on my 300's 6.1L Hemi it went from a slightly unhinged RWD V8 powered sedan to a drooling psychopath.

HA.

The image was stabilized by software, and is clearly a rolling shutter/cell cam. The strange distortions seen when he pans and tilts at the same time are a telltale sign.

I think this particular jeep is the one i saw that has a TH450 in it. The factory transmission is actually a variant of the mercedes w5a580, and is very solid. It was just never made for that kinda torque down low.

Odd, my 64 had a fusible link for the coil. I thought it was resistor wire, but it had a separate resistor. I am by no means an expert on scouts, and who the hell knows what the previous owners of my scout had done. I had lamp cord providing power the blower fan :P

Dumb and simple as can be. I even have the Motorola AM only radio still in it, and working. I sold the original to a friend, who ended up not needing it and giving it back. No power windows, power locks, no power brakes, no power steering. The front drive consists of an generator, the water pump, and the crank pulley.

I got a few pre-restoration. It was built as a half-cab pickup, so that's what i rebuilt it as. A fearsome 152 cubic inch monster lies under the hood. I'm fairly sure i could harness a few junebugs to the front bumper and get more power but it does the job. A crotchety old 3 speed transmission, twin stick

I restored my 64, and felt something was wrong. Full frame off restore with fresh paint on the frame, blew the debris out, coated it internally, 100% body repair and reworking, not a fleck of rust anywhere. After i finished putting it together, the exhaust system and rotors rusted slightly. That's when I discovered

Suuuuurrre. When you get a moment, take a look at the wiring harness of the Scouts 80 or 800a/b. They dont even have fuses, just one big circuit breaker near the headlight switch and a fusible links in the ignition. A shorted out turn-signal would cause my 64 to stall out before i reworked the electrical.

*Runs out to his 64 Scout 80 and gives it a hug.*

In my state (Tennessee) your tags/plate/title are handled by the county clerk, and a DMV handles Licenses, ID, etc.
