The F20C is very easy to work on too which makes the longevity even greater. There is tons of room for maintenance or even pulling the motor for a refresh. I wouldn’t hesitate buying a high mileage example because I know the motor can be rebuilt or refreshed easily. The only thing that really doesn’t last is the seat

Right, there really wasn’t much sense bringing the modding part into it. The fundamental point is there is at least one other option out there for a cheap, light, FR manual. Even if the power is dismal and it isn’t a convertible.
