With the 6 speed, not the auto.
This doesn’t seem very Germanic. Is BMW even being run by the Germans anymore?
That gun cost as much as the 350Z lol
I wanted one of these so bad, until I drove it. Manual steering really doesn’t work with a front mounted V12. Plus the pedals were offset way off in left field.
Does your car happily rev to 9000 all the time?
lol these stories always remind me how nice it is to actually know and work on my own cars. I’ve had very similar experiences with chains who tell their employees to up-sell everything. Once they realize that I know what I’m talking about, they usually back off and do their jobs. I’ve had several argue with me, but a…
Wow, you must be a small guy if you can stick a laptop behind your seat. But that just makes the cars more usable for you, which is better. I regularly drive Ms S2000 and drive my other half’s NB Miata. Mazda had the time to work on all the details on the Miata. They made the interior slightly more usable than the…
I’ve driven 3 or 4 of them. Two of them being Redlines. The car is very cramped and small (with practically no storage space), it really seemed like it was designed on a dime. The Turbo is okay, but not as quick or nimble as the S2000 and no where near as well rounded as a Miata.
It’s 100% the huge wheels and tires on a small car. The development of the car was never really finished and had huge faults for it.
LOL that’s because they are
Even with it’s crappy V6 and auto box, it’s downright dangerous to drive in anything but sunny days. I was unfortunate enough to drive one in the rain (for a friend.) Driving it less than 20 miles make me aware of how poorly it was designed. If someone spits on the sidewalk, I’m sure the car will slide on any moisture…
