3/100th of an inch over a football field, that's crazy. I worked with a company that made polishing products for hard drives, but that was years ago. I think it was 100mn back then. 10nm is crazy smooth.

I liked the Z8, I'm shocked at what people are asking for the prices for them however. I drove one last year and it felt fast (with the M5 v8 and all) but overall it really didn't drive like an M3 or M6. It does look good also.

Pedestrians should have to pay attention to the light just like the drivers do. They shouldn't have the right of way against the light. That woman was stupid as hell for doing it. She's just lucky she didn't kill her child doing it.

@Priper: It does have something to do with your 5D being almost 6 years old. The technology changes so fast that the latest is almost the best. The sensor size is also a huge factor.

BMW people don't like the idea of a V6 let alone a BMW V6.

I was driving down the road last week and had a v8 911 pull up next to me. It looked like any other 996 but hearing it pull away from the light left no room for interpretation.

I had a M6 back in the day and what a great car. It was big heavy and a tamed beast, but handled so great and was very fast. It's what first got be stuck on BMWs.

I would imagine it's all but impossible for anything to beat the Atom V8. The MP4 might be fast as hell but if the Bugatti SS can't top it I doubt there will be any car that can do it.
