what about games like the first turok? acclaim is dead, and whoever owns the license if anyone isnt gonna waste the money porting this game. alot of the companys that used to be are gone, and not everyone cared to buy the rights to all their games.

can it be considered theft if the company that made the game no longer offers it or receives money from that title?
