How does microsoft's statement have anymore credibility though? Microsoft was in damage control at the time. if sharing was as crappy as that post claimed, then it would have undercut one of the few pros xbox one had.

Its not creepy. its just a guy checking out a woman, an everyday thing. he took a quick twirl, a three second look and went back to his day. it wasn't the most subtle thing but that hardly makes him creepy. its not like he pulled out his phone and started taking pictures
