I think its important that you need to find a balance, some people really do need to grow a thicker skin and they do need to learn its just the internet. Trolling? Gonna happen, this is the internet. 'Triggering'? If you get triggered by some nonsense then you should grow a thicker skin.

Taking away the anonymity might solve some issues but not nearly all, besides swatting has little to do with online anonymity.
