The problem is that middle class keeps earning less and less because of people who avoid taxes by owning companies in Belgium (thats immediately the answer to your last question :P) but living somewhere else. I run Chrome on my phone and my Chromebook, even on my PC its usually on due to Google Hangouts.

Chrome sucks as much resources as it can. It stays open in the background even when you close it. I severely dislike Google and their Hangout 'app' which forces you to use Chrome in the background (Gtalk, please come back ;_;). I dont like how they store so much information about me without my knowledge.
