She isn’t the only POC on her show, there are two or three now I think. Even though the black woman’s characterization her first season was absolutely painful to watch, but luckily its better now and Kaling does make digs about being the only PoC in some episode or another. I re-watched the show again, and I wish it…
Luckily, the next interview she has will ask her the SAME EXACT QUESTIONS, so she has another shot at wowing you.
Miley really went there with mammy? JFC she is clueless.
I prefer the Met Gala couch dress to this horrifyingly tacky and unflattering monstrosity.
Who the hell puts giant pockets on the front of a dress for a pregnant lady?! (Says the hardly pregnant lady who already feels like a whale.)
I am so tired of the partially sheer dresses with the shiny embellishments on the boobies and butt and chach. Like I’m ready for something new! I dunno, latex catsuits or that nutty 3D printed dress Dita wore. It just seems like this particular trend has gone on awhile. That being said- this color is fantastic on her.
“He described sex with minors, including underage prostitutes between the ages of 9 and 16” Um, no. He described raping child sex slaves. No nine year old is a prostitute and no nine year old “has sex” with an adult. Ever. That’s slavery and rape. I know. I too was a nine year old sex slave.
Exactly. Also how antagonistic she was to Mary Lou Lord.
A radio personality I love to listen to (Alan Cross, does a history of music/rock radio show) says that she’s actually a fascinating and kind person, and incredibly, amazingly, genius-level smart. I do think that she’s done a lot of drugs over the years, with Cobain and after (possibly to deal with grief and loss, and…
Drake stays loving these women who are straight up OUT OF HIS LEAGUE. Bless him.
I’m not sure it’s just that, it’s also having focused on a career for so long she hasn’t really developed a personality.
If you’ve ever seen her in interviews, she’s not the most interesting or well-spoken individual. Most of her answers are rote and seem practiced.
“Profoundly intelligent”?
I’m pretty sure it’s because she has a, like, 7th grade education. She knows her strengths and speaking candidly and intelligently in public / for the public ain’t one of them.
Nor should she be, since she’s like ten years older than everyone else. That would be like getting invested in the drama over the last dinner roll at the Kid’s Table on Thanksgiving.
I have to say, I think it's complete bullshit. I haven't been following the Caitlyn story too much but it's like she thinks becoming Caitlyn absolves Bruce. Bruce was a shitty dad. Caitlyn doesn't get a pass because of her transformation.
“More minor problems she faces after her transition — namely, what sort of bathing suit to wear.”
