It's beautiful! Feels like another planet. I used Icelandair's stop over program which allows you to stop in Iceland anywhere from 1 to 7 days on your way to or from any of their European destinations.

Yeah, it was a day tour. 14 hours! Soooooo long but I'm so glad I did it. The tour included a boat ride on the lagoon as well which was super cool. The guy on the boat even gave us some ice from the lagoon to suck on lol.

Thank you!! I am going from Miami so honestly, nothing is milder than this lol. I always struggle with cold weather vacations because people are like "oh it's nice, just chilly" and then I get there and I'M FREEZING.

I definitely plan on visiting the catacombs so good to know I have to go super early! And awesome tips about the Louvre too!! I really love art and museums so I will probably spend an entire day at the Louvre.
