Does anyone know who the new voice actor for Payne is?

Being from the US. I don't know this guy from Adam, but what he says has merit. I don't see what all the vitriol is for, I am not a fan of say...Steve Jobs or Bobby Kotick, but if their comments on a particular issue are valid, why discount what they say out of hand?

Nice commercial I guess, but with all the processing on that thing, I doubt that is how she (the 'model') really looks.
