Not going to lie, Diggerland looks pretty fun.
If I recall, rather recently (two to three years ago) Russia invited the U.S. to some sort of a tank contest. It was a good spirited invite too and the course they had laid out looked like just plain fun.

Normally I’d agree with you but the TT stages are pretty rad to watch. Also the sprints at the end are really fun to watch from cameras on the bike:

That would be a serious break from tradition but I like the idea of adding a bit of CX to the race... come to think of it, I feel like I’ve seen really old pictures of the TdF where cyclists were carrying their bikes for some reason. But, yeah, they have multiple TT stages so why not have an urban CX stage?
