Not a bad day at the office.

I think this is the spirit animal of a couple of my friends.

Have you watched that movie lately? It’s turning out to be disturbingly prophetic.

That’s because it would be redundant. They would instantly surrender.

Any time is a good time to watch giant robots punch giant monsters.

No you wouldn’t. I live here.

I bought an XC60 last November. For the test drive the dealer had me start by accelerating to 20mph toward a cinderblock wall about 300’ away and then “whatever you do don’t step on the brake or gas”. First time around I couldn’t help it, I stepped on the brake about 30’ short of the wall. Natural reaction. Second

You know, at first I read this and thought “what a dumb idea” but then it occurred to me that we don’t actually have to kill anyone with the bombs. You could use GPS guided dumb bombs dropped from B-52s and bomb the perimeter of villages/towns/cities and turn them into literal islands surrounded by craters. At night

If I had to ballpark their net worth I’d say $200mil. Everything I can find on the interwebs indicates ~$100mil as of ‘12. People in that category go one of two ways: either they vastly over-state what they’re worth to show-boat or they vastly understate it to stay off the radar and for taxation purposes (e.g.

This needs more stars. We can argue back and forth about Hillary on any number of topics but I don’t think you could get any honest citizen on either side of the aisle to say that she’d do more for the 99% than Sanders. I also find the circular logic of “she’s electable because she’s electable” and “he’s not electable
