I agree it's a socioeconomic issue but I would be more concerned with the diet side of things. 20 minutes of lightly jogging/laughing with friends isn't going to do shit for the overall caloric balance. Healthy? Yes, but diet, again, is really the issue here. It's way too expensive/difficult to eat healthy in the U.S.
