I’m pretty sure it is scam as for a start I think it is older than a 2017 model . The discolored engine cover comes from water ingress through the hood vents which often leads to injector failure (and if the injector has corroded can be very expensive to repair). I also have a 2017 F Type and mine has the later type…

Under no circumstances would I trust a car to drive for me, but I especially don’t see the value in a feature that asks you still focus on the road with your hands on the wheel. Just drive it normally if you have to do all that.
