Why are you giving more hits to their idiotic tweets?  Next time just quote them in text...

Listen, some people have a long way to go and a short time to get there.

The only thing I can think of is that perhaps, just perhaps, there was a turn off or another road before the bridge proper and people needed NOT to get across the bridge but to another location near the river.

I have driven past several “road closed” signs in order to get to my house which is just past the barricade.

Dang, makes me feel kinda dumb for buying even a used EV this year. I could have made 5% on that cash which would have paid for almost 4 months of payments on this each year of the lease. Then I could have re-evaluated the EV market in another 2 years.

The wheels look like SRT wheels from a Superbee of the same vintage.

Toyota CVTs employ a launch gear. They claim it is for drivability, but I wouldn’t be surprised if taking the initial load and shock of accelerating by a physical gear rather than a belt/chain help greatly prolong transmission life.

That comment seems more representative of a mismatch in expectations that will severely hurt the Audi brand and piss off the next generation when Audi looks them in the eyes and says “No no no no no no. We just license to you the ability to turn on the hardware YOU own and have to maintain.”

I was thinking about the target demographics here and thought that they were starting with the A3 since that is more likely to be purchased by a younger buyer.

Jalopnik readers begged Jalopnik to write about new or interesting car content instead of consumer reports, police blotters, lists and elon musk: Kinja Post.

Waiting for this guy to be featured at a Trump rally.

This sounds like something the trump kids would be into.

Thirst-quenching. Like coconut milk but with hints of alfalfa and musk.

I would love to see some actual data about trends in malfunctions or other issues, because right now it’s very hard to tell if the situation is “Boeing/airlines have been lax in their maintenance and it’s coming to a head” or if it’s more of “Malfunction rates are staying fairly consistent, but thanks to a single high

I am going to regret weighing in with this perspective, but I have been mulling over some security theater in computer security (Web Application Firewalls), and unfortunately there’s a parallel here which explains the value of TSA security theater.

“Bald-faced” and not “bold-faced” is the usual term in published text.

“Bald-faced,” not “bold-faced.”

Tug of Wars are a fucking smooth brain retarded metric.  It is a measure of vehicle weight and the kinetic coefficient of friction of the tires, and the outcome ultimately rewards the more porkly vehicle, without representing any shred of vehicle capability.

Well there’s your problem: the front fell off

God these stupid truck tug of war videos are so stupid and pointless. All these idiots think it’s actually a measure of a truck’s strength/power but it’s just a measure of traction. If anchored to an immovable object, 95% of the trucks in these videos have enough power to spin all of their powered wheels so the

You had an opportunity to say “Gallopnik” and you went with THAT.
