He’s the best driver. The most tremendous driver. One time he was stopped at a light next to Michael Schumacher, and Mike rolled down the window and said “Mr. Trump, I’ve been following you for miles, and have never seen such amazing driving”, with tears in his eyes. Believe me.
Puke.
This was a nice picture right up until 2016 =)
Yes, the derailments are an “us” problem, generally related to the failure of their rolling stock. But pulling equipment out of a train when the defect is discovered is very time-consuming, and that eats into profits. They would rather toss the dice against a possible failure instead of incurring the certain expense…
How much is your DOC fee. Because it doesn’t cost you $500 to press a couple buttons on the computer.
Nah, the DOC fee is mostly BS. It’s pure profit for the dealership. Some states limit it, most don’t. A couple button presses on the computer and the dealership makes $400. It would cost me $17-20 at the 3rd party title place, and the MVD does it for no (direct) cost.
I’m going to start calling the doctors who do colonoscopies Poopenauts. They are explorers, of a sort.
I’m from Italy and you are wrong, ISA does NOT limit speed. ISA is just warning. From Wikipedia: “Passive systems warn the driver when the vehicle is travelling in excess of the speed limit, while active systems slow the vehicle’s speed to conform with the speed limit. Passive systems allow the driver to make a choice…
For the door, there’s now evidence that Boeing reinstalled the door after Spirit requested it be removed so they could do some work on the fuselage. So looks like Boeing’s gonna be left holding the check.
Boeing. Boeing made a door with springs constantly trying to push the door open, and Boeing forgot to put the bolts back that were the only only thing preventing that from happening.
what?
This new silver CPO does. Honestly, I think it is the first of its kind. I have the doc with all the details, and it specifically calls out that if a car is 7-10 years old and has less 60k miles it qualifies for neither program.
Well, Carnival cruises. They’re the Greyhound of the seas.
You’d be surprised how much money someone can make, and yet they still willingly choose to shop at Walmart...
That big ass rear wing isn’t anyting new. Back in May of 2023 when Jeep announced the Wagoneer S, the big spoiler was part of the renderings of the upcoming vehicle.
2nd Gear: RIP In Peace Vroom.....??
Crude oil is a witches’ brew of nastiness. I don’t doubt that some of the compounds in it will cause chemical burns.
It’s because they’re wrong. The IROC cars were just like any other “stock car” of the time. Tube chassis cars with stylized bodies to match production vehicles. Not as egregious as today, but hardly factory cars being tossed around a super speedway.
The IROC racing series used them in the mid 2000s. Kinda dumb, but fun to see Indy and NASCAR drivers in slow, clunky Daytona IROCs on super speedways way too big for the cars.
