As a local, I had no idea the floating bridge opened as far back as 1940. I’m not that old. I do remember it sinking, though.
It’s hard to tell, but the one near the bottom of the doors is definitely a scratch. I also see what could be a scratch from the rear fender to the taillight. There also appears to be some paint damage surrounding the tailgate handle.
Phillips is back at C/D. I still subscribe.
Anybody know when and why this bridge became converted to pedestrians only?
Just as long as we understand we’re talking about inventory turn here. The slowest selling car on the list is also the best selling car on the list.
He removed the vice grips for the photos.
The Viper came first by a few years.

Unless I missed something, it’s in Seattle.
That would be the “as it turns out” part. As it turns out, the sun is hot.
Yeah, that was the source I used. I mean, common sense will tell you they weren’t making 500k Achieva’s per year.
I’m assuming production of 500k per year for the Achieva was a typo on behalf of the poster? And meant to say 50k?
I mean, that’s at only 2,981 miles. The further you drive it, the cheaper it will get per mile. And once it’s paid off it will only insurance. And when you trade it in you’ll get something back for it.
Was he just drunk? Hitting 5 cars and 2 people seems like a lot even for a drunk driver.
I had to go Google it. Cool ship.
I don’t think there’s any guarantee everything will work on a maiden voyage, but the ship in the GIF has guests on it, so I’m guessing it’s not always the maiden voyage.
