I think it actually works in your favor, because you can contest the ticket by saying you weren’t driving. If the ticket says someone other than a black female was driving, then it’s a pretty open and shut case. However, if the ticket says black female, it’s still inconclusive.

I understand I’m a dinosaur and I’m in the minority on both of these features, but I would never use either.
