That was actually one of the turn off when I test drove a Challenger. The windows roll down and up every single time I enter and exit the vehicle? It just seemed like a future failure point to me. I prefer framed windows.

Seems like there was a different shade of color shifting paint available on the Contour for a moment. Or maybe I was hallucinating in the 90's.
It does look more “pronounced” I guess I would say, than my memory serves. But that could simply be the difference between a dark studio with very intentional lighting, versus just seeing these things out and about in the sunlight.
