I mean, as soon as the roll is imminent the roll has “started” in my opinion. That car in your photo is “rolling” even though it hasn’t quite rolled yet.

I noticed there’s also a red Viper in the garage, maybe he’ll negotiate. I couldn’t tell if it had the same wing on it.

Other than the spoiler this thing checks all the right boxes, assuming you like the yellow. I don’t hate the yellow.

The rolling started before the car hit anything (other than the other car) and seems to mostly have been further/faster rolled by the front tire catching the curb.  The polls were just....there.
