Even in the very first photo, I was thinking, “Why is the hood a different color?”  I chalked it up to lighting, but now I’m not so sure.

Just waiting for anyone in the States to confirm they have this feature. On all the vehicles I’ve owned (none a CX-5, of course), that is the location of the dashboard dimmer wheel.

Yeah, that seems like bad advice.  Dimmer is better.

Part of the problem is they don’t advertise it. Also, it will sort of still exist, they just stopped calling it the Legacy Outback as that model evolved into the Outback.
