Makes more sense then the idea that the Empire just surrendered to the Rebels after the second Death Star blew up.
There’s just something off about Apoc. Like, he reminds me off Ivan Ooze, kind of. Maybe it’ll look better on the screen.
As much as I love Munn as Psylocke, I dislike everything else in this shot even more.
I can never unsee this comparison now... Thanks for that.
Apocalypse looks like the villain in that Power Rangers movie. I REALLY hope they make him look better somehow.
Is that Bill Nye?
Microverse means Micronauts!
I thought this season was inspired by City of Industry (where your FedEx packages always get stuck for a day or two). Cool that there’s two of these corrupt little hamlets!
What if his dad is playing Jay Garrick flash next season? ! ? !
Hoult really killed it in the role, it’s understandable to feel that way. I absolutely loved the whole story, when he slammed on the brakes to get the big guy away from the girls car and shoots that look to her before flipping the truck. Perfection, bravo George Miller.
I’m fairly certain that he’s dead dead. It would really undermine the characters story. Joe basically enslaved all the War Boys with the promise of a glorious meaningful death. Nux’s arc took him from trying to earn that from Joe to finding people who were truly worth his sacrifice. That’s how I saw it at least.
You never cover Charlize Theron’s face. Ever. EVAR!!!
Mediocre.
I want that guy to play at my wedding.
Aw, I would have liked if Furiosa had the jaw mask like Joe’s. That would have made it interesting if all of Joe’s Warlord Generals has similar masks. It would be like a way to show rank. The War Boys draw skeleton jaws on their faces like the way Nux had. And if you survive service to Joe, you get a real mask. And…
No concept art for the best character in the movie?! ;)
I think I'm going to see this again. Been a long time since I've seen a movie twice in a theater.
