He's ARGUS in the flashbacks, so I'm guessing he somehow becomes intertwined with the League after Oliver knows him. I'm also guessing he was involved with Sara becoming an assassin, that his wife is dead, that he blames Oliver for it, and that he killed Sara to punish him.

I'm just half joking, but last week I was discussing with someone on IO9 that it would be really cool if Diggle ends up being a Green Lantern surrogate. So him freaking out in front of a lantern made me grin for a moment longer of what should be considered normal.

It's so trendy to bitch about Assassin's Creed, but you have to remember that every year they release a whole new game in a completely new setting with completely new characters, a full rich single player experience with side quests up the wazoo, and add several new mechanics that change how you play the game.
