I respond to a lot of wrecks, so I always carry an EMT knife just in case I arrive before the police/fire dept. It's got a glass breaker on the bottom and a seatbelt cutter as well. It was maybe 10 bucks on amazon, but an amazingly good deal for the quality of the knife.
