Except the video up to that shows the motorcyclist acting like a dickhead, tailgating, etc. It is entirely the motorcyclist’s fault for riding aggressively and too close, and then for continuing to escalate the situation - something that no smart rider should ever do against a car of any size.

I see the driver walking with a misdemeanor at most, if he’s smart and puts this to a jury. An aggressive motorcyclist at night, tailgating, threatening and striking his vehicle without provocation? It’s a good chance that the driver gets acquitted on all charges.
