That poor girl.

Iran is correct to do this, following the EU’s lead in data protection. And following Chinese best practices. If it’s good for Europe, and it’s good for China, then it’s good for Iran.

I would not be surprised to find the US mandating the same at some point. For the children. Protecting them from terrorists.

Female unicorns are very brave...

I hope he bought the rental insurance.

Wihtout any damper, it would be a perpetual motion machine. That’s invariably how perpetual motion machines work — in a lossless (i.e. frictionless) environment. The forces of gravity and momentum never cancel out - that’s why there is a perpetual tug between the two, as energy shifts from gravitational potential to

Nope. You’re falling in a perfect vacuum, so there’s nothing in terms of air drag to damp the oscillation. Without another way to bleed kinetic energy, you will bounce up and down forever.

Cheesy egg pie? Yum!

That sucks, sorry.

WTF is wrong with Glee? It’s like it was cool for a bit, and now all of this truly awful shit is coming up. That show is just tainted and dead to me.

Buick still sells the LaCrosse and Enclave...

I want to think that GM is making room for the Astra hatch to directly replace the Verano. GM would the be importing: Opel Mokka, Opel Astra hatch, Opel Cascada, Opel Insignia sedan, and Buick Envision - all nearly identical to their global counterparts. It would also give Buick a hatch as their entry point on the car

The Regal is probably easier for GM to build and support globally, and it’s a heritage name. Same with the Cascada.

If you look at GM’s sales breakout, you’ll see that less than 40% of what GM delivers is a sedan.

I bet she would love a Verano.

And why not? It’s comfortable, and easy to park, with adequate performance and good mileage. If you are looking for a car that is easy to drive A to B, mostly in-town, the Verano checks all the boxes.
