@c4r4v4nz4l1f3: Agreed! hell, in some cases, you don't even need to lift off to oversteer one of these cars (I started rallying mine this winter - surprised the hell out of me!)
Well, I guess the DoHS needs to do SOMETHING to justify their existence.
@stephdumas: I already do (for most japanese metal from the 90's - that's when the beige was at it's lowest)
I'd buy it if I had 4 grand. Another $500 for a 5-speed transmission, and you'll be tearing up the streets, and it seems to be in really good shape. I've got a 4-door (non supercharged) v6 5-speed, and it's a tank, solid build and it handles pretty well despite the fwd. A coupe would look quite nice sitting next to it…
He has - those blowers are hard to find, a good one will set you back around 3 grand

@TheLaxPlayer: actually, I beg to differ
Well, looks like it's time to start saving up... :D
@No team orders in formuladave: seriously?
I sincerely hope that the driver winds up in prison, cellmates with a large latino man named "Molly" with a fetish for anal.
@MacAttack: nice!
Yeah, but it ain't "Nawss".
+1, give them the good old "Fuck you"
Oh, I thought you were referring to the 5.0 haha :)
Self destructing? Do go on, I owned a 1996 Eddie Bauer 5.0, never had any issues with the drivetrain. The only issues I had with that beast were some electrical gremlins (lights, heating, and power-locks). The only repair ever done on the motor was to replace the starter
I like this thing. It harkens from a time when Toyota actually made cars I liked (go past y2k, and bam, ugly)
