The "Trade" button is for when you are trading with friends. Other than than, you use the GTS, you search for what pokemon you want and it pops up with people saying what pokemon they want in return.

I send out cool pokemon. But that's only because I do a lot of breeding. Next batch Im sending out is Scyther

Ha yeah, I guess which pokemon you get at the end depends on what your starter was. I did the same thing for the first few areas, had to catch all the pokemon. After a while I just gave that up and did the story.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. When Blizz launched Mists of Pandaria the transition was extremely smooth. Hell, I was logged in, waiting in Org when they flipped the switch and immediately went into MoP content. Cata wasn't a rough launch either

I honestly don't even spend time in the online portion of Free Roam. As soon as my character loads up I hit start and go to the "Join Mission" button. I rather do missions, race, etc than randomly get killed over and over again.

I need a job to make money and it so happens I got hired on with the gov years ago. Not everyone has the luxury of working at/for a place they love

At this point, I hate the entire government. I don't give a shit who's fault the shutdown is but thank you for making me get furloughed and not paid. Sure hope I'll be able to pay all my bills this month, too bad those didn't get furloughed as well.
