@slyman928: That is why items are bolted down. Maybe they thought the ship was too big to be affected by waves?

@indiefab: I'll have renal failure within 3 years I anticipate. This is a bit further out for me, but maybe if I need another one it won't require a very high sacrifice from a donor. Of course, this is treating the symptom. Hopefully there will be more cures for the causes too.

It was really designed for LAN gaming, just look at all those light effects!

@Arnold Lindström: As I recall, if the reservoir levels get too low, they have pumping stations to pull, and clean, Hudson River water. I learned this almost 20 years ago, at the time the treatment portion was exceeded by the pumping capacity. Maybe they've improved them. Chelsea Pumping Station.

@Vrank92: No rip, I just wasn't sure who was still using it. On the mechanical design side it was archaic, where I know it from. Not everyone needs PDM, FEA, ability to simulate solid part assemblies. I happened to have been part of an evaluation group to migrate from AutoCAD to a modern 3D program. Inventor

Congratulations Mac users, you can now use one of the worst mechanical design programs out there. Maybe some landscape architects still use it? I would guess this is some sort of update from their 3D package, which is not good at all.

Number 9, 3dFx, ATI. The only card I haven't owned is an Nvidia.

I've been a Bolivian mine, which makes these mines look luxurious. I nearly lost my shit being down there about an hour, the heat not helping. Tough place to learn about your claustrophobia. If you're a miner, you already can handle those confines or you wouldn't have lasted the day.

@johncon3: You can get an iPhone for $99 without a plan?

@flopplepop: I suspect that this truly is not a catch and release program.

I don't think McD's pays enough to tolerate that shit. I've got to hand it to their professionalism, next order ready to go once I move the busted window.

@Andy Pham: That would be some snappy monster hunting garb. +4 for getting you gut cut open. Water ski vest? Nah, snazzy vest of some sort.

@rl78: After a knee operation I came back to work in a wheelchair. It opened my eyes to how difficult it can be. I had a better understanding of a coworker who couldn't walk, and how well he had adapted to using a wheelchair fulltime. That said, I could imagine he would just like to get up and open a door on his

@loslosbaby: As an ex-engineer I say until engineers are valued as they were during the 60's, and not treated as an expensive burden to be outsourced, then adios to the current culture. Staying in engineering is often a dead end in companies, you have to manage to move up.

It needs the little ball gimballed gun coming out of the hood.

@rhoderickj: If I were Dan Costner I think I would like acknowledgement that it was my machine, not from my brother who bankrolled it. What if he just funded it from a bank, should the bank get continuous mention regarding their great invention? Well, as long as it works I'd want the credit otherwise just the

@thisisasticup: Beware of roaming diamonds during benders.

Sapphire watch faces are the only way to go, no coatings.

The old picture looks like it had a giant park. Can anyone confirm this? Obviously in the second that shit is gone. I'll take the 1990 city, at least from these 2 pictures. New buildings are boring, there it is.
