What is the mystery on Watchmen? It doesn’t seem like there even is a central mystery in need of unraveling. 

Fire Walk with Me is excellent and essential. Season 2 is a hard slog. I enjoyed The Return’s intermittent brilliance, but I get why some people were frustrated by Dougie.

Watchmen is now the one of the best new shows of the year. The others are Dark Crystal and What We Do in the Shadows. 

Why hasn’t he accidentally gotten better at making movies? Just from a technical standpoint, every one of his films feels like it was made by an ambitious middle schooler.
