I disagree. The only difference are better graphics and nobody hinders the developers to do less than the possible state of the art graphics. Games with an equal investment of time and money will look better than they do on the current generation, with no special requirement to the developers at all.

I currently play Resistance 3 and the experience has been mixed. I loved the atmosphere in most parts, it really makes you feel small and vulnerable. But the main story about all the Chimera stuff never really gets off.
