The torque is pretty impressive but as you said in the article, I’m not overly impressed. My 2007 FZ1 has 150HP and 76lb/ft torque...in an engine almost half the size (996CC version 17xxCC...). I’ll bet its fun though. Swap that into a 90's Honda Civic!

My second car was A 1987 Honda Civic SI in red. My first car was a full sized Dodge van. I could squeeze that Civic anywhere and parallel parking it was a breeze. Was also my first stick shift.

My wife bought/leased a car based strictly on the “pumpkin seat” factor. Traded in a perfectly good 2006 Mazda 3 hatchback (manual trans)..for a base model 2010 Rav 4. We were stuck with that piece of shit for three years for something we only needed for a few months.

It is still a good idea. My MIL passed a few years ago and my BIL was the estate manager. My other BIL thought he was doing stuff wrong and holding out on him and threatened to sue him. Having an estate lawyer on your side is very helpful.

I’ve done this a number of times. I’ve stayed on the line until they get picked up. Once time I was behind a Ford Explorer and they noticed I was on the phone, so they slowed down to 35 in a 65, I’m guessing hoping I would get annoyed and pass. So I slowed down as well. I think it competes with people who were shopping the P100D maybe. Isn’t that like $135k or something? If you are spending that kind of cash on a car, I’d have to think $150k is not unreasonable.
