There are plenty of instances where the cops ticket unmodified cars and the people have to go to court just to get the ticket thrown out. The cops aren’t there to simply enforce.

Looked to me like the ref was looking down for his whistle and head butted the player while doing so.

That must have been a robot driver. at 1:15 we see his face in the rear-view mirror and there is no smile on it. That just can’t be possible.

Heck I know the only reason I played those games was because of the HumVee. I mean, if they didn’t have those in the game, it totally wouldn’t be realistic. Can you imagine going on a campaign in a 2002 VW New Beetle? Sheesh.
