Good thing he is a lawyer, and this stuff is pretty simple when you registered the domain 11 years ago because it's your actual name. Not much legal ground to seize the domain.

So a business card printer who has printed over 384 million business cards, which I'm sure at least one, if not several or many printers of business cards have made, are "theoretically" at level 6 now.
