M1. “The first official M-badged car for sale to the public was the M1, revealed at the Paris Motor Show in 1978.” - Wikipedia

My valve cover gasket has stopped leaking on my (all aluminum) M42 thanks to four timeserts. Two of the four were helicoiled twice both breaking due to vibration. I had the urge to replace all 15 holes with the steel timeserts, but didn’t want to risk it.

Meh, keep the rev’s high and it’s not an issue. (4.10 axle is the only rear end to have as well)

ProMaster? What a stupid name for a van, it’s like they think the clientele that are going to buy it are idiots.

He looks like Barry Zito

Sync 3 =/= MyFord Touch.

Actually Sync 3 will be OTA upgradable, it will use wifi to download updates.

Dude, didn’t you see the video, it’s powered by VEGGIE OIL! He’s driving a hummer to save the planet!

I agree with you saying CARB has cleaned up the air. What we’re talking about now is the few cars that are left on the road that won’t pass due to age. The state of California is full of shit, a rolling 25 year exemption should be in place, this 1976+ smog rule is complete garbage. The amount of vehicles that are

What is your daily driver?

Square body style Escapes are holding their values tremendously well. The 2013+ models are around 20k for a decently equipped one while 2011-12 Escapes are going for the same rate with less equipment.

You are correct. Had an 87 Grand Prix with a 305. My mom bought it new, through the years it ate a head gasket, was replaced with a 4 bolt 350 which in turn ate a 200 4R. We then replaced it with a proper 700R4. Rally package w/ T-Top, god I miss the T-Top.

Yeah, it’s pretty soft in the non-performance pack. Like the 2014, you can really feel the boatiness in the Mustang without performance pack. Really what you’re getting are the six piston Brembos though, I’d swap out either suspension for something more configurable.

That’s completely reasonable. Fuck California, I can never have one.

I sell cars, I’m going to side with DeMuro on this one. We can tell who is serious or not. I’ve been on a test drive with a GT500 and a Raptor. Both were serious, both bought.

It's got half an Aston Martin 6.0L too! Seriously, a dead reliable 3.0L Duratec.

I understand all of what you are saying. I have to apologize, I came off as kind of a "wasting my time" kind of salesperson. I'm not. I've twice sold a car to someone I've followed up on for over a year. Sometimes I forget what it's like to be on the other side of the fence. When I bought my Ranger, I called the

Why are you in store a month and a half before you're even going to make a decision? That drives me nuts, I turn my inventory 40-50% in that time frame, the car you look at today might be gone. You know how many car deals I've lost because someone told me they were a month away, but actually bought a week later? You

I tell people this all the time: You want the calls to stop? Answer the phone, politely tell them that you bought a car, unless you haven't, then specify a timeframe when you would like a call or email.
