Building relationships with sales managers. About a third of the deals are "house" deals. If you are good with your manager, they will put you on deals that are generated from either the internet or from people at the dealership who know people who want to buy cars. And talking to everyone you see in the dealership.

How short is your wife 4'2"?

Fuel economy. Those guards are for aero.

That is true, especially if it's a small county court. Those bastards have nothing but time. That happened to me when the judge wanted to hear what the CHP had to say about the witness' radar training. I thought that was a dick move by a judge with more time the sense (I won on appeal later).

In California, the Officer is a witness, no more, no less. If the witness does not show up, couldn't you argue that the prosecution has no case since you can plead the 5th?

That's because, typically, the Radars are re-certified on a schedule. The department is not going to let them lapse, as this is an easy way for them to lose a ticket. This is not a roadside argument anyway, that's one you bring up in court.

Haha that happened to my 1st gen. Two people spun my in it's space.

I've had really good experiences with Credit Unions. SF Fire financed my Sea-Doo, and even refunded a fee when it was clearly my mistake. Their call center is open till 10pm!

I work for Ford, and I can tell you, there is a myriad of options available on most Ford passenger cars. Honda and Toyota are always packaged in the way you describe, but there's waaaaaaay more than five or six ways to configure a Fiesta/Focus/Fusion/Escape/C-Max and so on.

Can an aftermarket supplier please make this a thing:

Three words: Timing Chain Guides. The 4.4 is a great motor, but it does have it's issues. The TCG's are really the only common issue with them.

A salesman is more than just slinging metal, a salesman is an expert of his own product, one that can actually help you with features and functions of your car.

No it's not. Most manufacturers augment MSRP with rebates. You're acting like making a 3-5% margin is some kind of grand larceny. Do you know how much work and people go into selling cars? Lot manager stocks the car in, technician inspects the car, detailer cleans the car, salesman sells it, Desk manager packages the

A friend of my dad's races Top Alcohol Hydro drag boats. He crashed into a bridge when his parachute failed, he's still around to talk about it because of the capsule.

I disagree. Most salesman are just trying to make a living, and are honest. Everyone hears the horror stories, those are usually the bad apple being at the top (which, admittedly, does happen) and forcing the guy trying to make a living to do something unscrupulous. What's the old adage? Someone will tell a friend

When the 2013 redesign of the Fusion debuted for Ford, it included capacitive touch light controls in the headliner, two-three months after production started, Ford changed them to hardware controls. I still don't know why.

What you're saying is the vast majority of car dealerships are full of con-artists because they might convince someone that the value of something is more than it is. A car is worth what someone will pay for it.

Actually that rate is much higher than you think.

Telling them your monthly budget is not a bad idea, not doing the math is a bad idea.
