They replaced the Wheel Cover on SE's in 2012 with an alloy rim. Funny, the base S from 2010-2012 always came with a 15" alloy, while the higher trim SE came with a steelie and cap for 10'-11'.

Ford Fusion does, throughout the lineup from the base S to the top trim Titanium, they all have the ability to remote open and close with the remote as well.

Additionally, the processes are there, it's a matter of the employees taking up the information.
