I hope the production version looks somewhat similar, I would snap this up in a heartbeat if it gets 3 pedals.
Yep, that's the same car, developed in only four years. What a shame it never came to Europe!
The only thing I see that is similar is the grille, which is natrual evolution of the current one which was designed well before the current Santa Fe.
It will probably have a resistance sensor like power windows and automated liftgates. plus the reverse and forward sensing systems are very good on current Fords with active park assist, they're just taking it a step further. I've never hit anything while demonstrating active park assist, it's all about actually…
Alpina 8-series, I would visualize this while making the sex with Oliva Wilde.
I actually own such a Ranger. It's capable, but that 2.3L is pathetic without a 4:10 axle, plenty for daily driving, but max out the payload and that 2.3L is just not enough.
Both, the Focus is noticeably faster, obviously. I actually enjoy the Fiesta ST more, it's quick, the sensation of speed is greater than the Focus ST, and it's a little more nimble. The steering rack in the Focus is phenomenal though, 1.5 turns lock to lock with a variable ratio. Torque steer is minimal in both, not…
You wanna know something even funnier: It would look like an actual Aston Martin.
I work for a Ford Dealer.
I am Jealous, you have much more patience for the touch-button-thing-in-the-keyboard-whatever-they-are-called.
I remember him blabbing on about the aftermarket alarm, nothing about any build quality issues.
Based on the limited experience I have with a real GT at our shop, the build quality was top notch for 2005.
Even though your awful slaphappy cut and paste is terrible, I can totally see how this would look, and me and $kay would lose our respective shits.
If she didn't get it, then forgeddaboutit what would she say when you have some awesome car project cluttering the garage? You want her to at least understand your passion, and preferably she helps you work on it!
Ford has this on all Fusion models. Double click the unlock button and hold on the second click, all windows roll down. Hold the lock button and all roll up. Nice feature on a hot day or if you forget to roll up your window getting out.
Pop that sucker off and you'll find more sound deadening. They do reduce NVH, but if you don't like engine noise, why are you buying a V12 anything?
I've sold more cars than I care to count because of this feature. People are lazy, once you realize that you can sell just about anything that will make life "easier".
