Unfortunately I don't eat any pork products due to my religion, if I did try it, bacon and baby back ribs would be at the top of my list, it just look and smells so good :)

congratulations to you and your wife on your adoption, being a fairly new dad (1.5 YO Son) I know it changes your life drastically (for the better), I for one can't wait to get home to play with my son and watch him learn and figure stuff out.

While I agree with most of what you're saying I honestly think that the original iPad was the real game changer, without which, there would be no iPad 2/Kindle Fire/SGT etc.
