It's been one hell of a trooper. I bought it 3 years ago with 140K. It needed new tires, brakes, wheel bearing, and some new gaskets, but it's been a awesome car. I'm at 190K now, and the only real issue with it is that it's starting to have transmissions issues with 2nd gear. I'm determined to get it to 200K.

I find that silicone lube in a spray can also works just as well.

I'd also look at it as a way for people to get that AWD hatchback that Subaru is not offering with their new STi.

Between that and the Golf R, the people that want a go-fast hatchback with AWD now have something they have been looking for. If you're looking to spend STi money already, then it will probably be priced…
