You could use mine- I need a hormonal IUD to take care of my evil periods from hell but I cannot have high dosages of hormones because it causes blood clots. My IUD is the lowest dosage of hormonal BC out there. HUZZAH!

So what's to stop my doctor from lying? I could say "oh, doc, I have bad headaches, I think hormones might help" and he could say "gee, blushingflwr, I agree!". I mean, I don't know what excuse we'd come up with for my IUD, but hormonal contraception would be easy enough to lie about.
