@DutchessOfDork: Your idea is intriguing. Are you suggesting that I do not, in fact, judge a book by its cover?

@Dodgergirl: Exactly. I am tired of the too thin/too fat = unhealthy. You know what is unhealthy? Being constantly bombarded with comments that basically boil down to this: If you are a woman, you are not good enough unless you look like x. Oh, and by the way, x is a variable, not a constant.
I would like one day. Just one day during which I do not see a woman's weight discussed as good/bad/other. Weight is a number based on a lot of things (gravity, muscle mass, lunch), but that is it. A number. It is quantitative, not qualitative. The size of my thighs should not be a measure of my value as a human…
Le duh.
@kaiwhakamarie: Ok...seriously, this video and your comment have convinced me to put True Blood on my Netflix!
@Juba: You slept with Ross in high school?
@SuberJ: I am 32, and while my work life makes sense, nothing else really does...I would love to travel, too, extensively, and I literally just ended a relationship that would inhibit it (single dad). I feel guilty because I cared very much for him, but I don't think we could have the life I wanted.
We see Madonna in hideous pants.
Implants or not, we already knew she was a boob.
Hey girl,
@ill_wind: I want to go to there!
@Lemon: @cuckoo chanel: @Sukie: @AndPreciousLittleofThat: @honeybrown1976: @andBegorrah: Thanks, everyone...I knew Jezebel would cheer me up (as will some wine).
I broke up with my bf yesterday, I would like to travel to the magical land of "no one asks what happened/why didn't it work and I don't burst into tears."
Are those for Gosling? Hey boy, I bought you some flowers?
Go Dawg Go by Randy Jackson
@faire-la-moue: Exactly. "What is your ethnic background?" should not be a pick up line, but it is, as is the "Where do you come from?"
I'm just going to say it. I hate dark chocolate. Or, dislike it. Milk chocolate, brownies, ice cream, etc...love it. But dark chocolate, no. And before you start mentioning the health benefits...I do not eat chocolate/treats for their "health benefits." That's why I eat vegetables.
I wish it also took two to make it (this photo) out of (my) sight.
@Tchotchke: Do it! I just got a short do that is very Pink/Halle Berry, and I love it. I rocked it pixie style for work and faux hawked for play.
In h.s. I had "The Rachel." The first person to notice it? My dorky physics teacher who announced it to the whole class.
