Of course an early 80's 300D were the best years. I have an 83 as my DD. You got the turbo and a bit better mechanicals before they put a computer in the car in 84, so the 81-83 is the best and we know this car makes the list for best cars of all time, not just 1981.

And diesel, and gets amaxing MPGs, a winner. They are still around.

Lancia is the answer

Its too bad the Camaro is so ugly I wouldn't take one for free. I worked on aircraft at home in Sweden and then I was an F1 engineer from 77-08 so you don't have to tell me what the parts are or what they do. I am older, grumpier and a bigger nerd than you I guarantee it. I still don't want an ugly bloated car, I

We do, its called solar panel arrays or even solar farms on the moon, beaming us tons of energy. I agree it won't happen soon, we still need nanotubes strong enough for the ribbon. If we had that we could do it today.

I have a 69 GT500, it was in the family. I prefer my Caterham ect...

I think they need some lessons from Ronnie Peterson !

I'm Swedish, I thought I'd give him a little something to think about :P

Ok, I was hoping they didn't do it again! Tack så mycket!

Travis, someone better start talking, I have no idea where Oppo is and it appears that the fucking Gawker people got rid of my gimmidump.....again..... if they can't get the latest incarnation back I am done doing it. This may be the last time that I can deal with a revision of this site, I don't like this at all.

If Subaru/Toyota wanted to design a car like that they would have, they know what they're doing. They built a different kind of car, I'm saying they aren't really comparable, people buying a car probably aren't asking themselves if they want a Camaro/Mustang or an FT86.

The Camaro and I'm pretty sure the Mustang are far from nimble, they were built for more straight line speed, hardly comparable.

They were spot on, he said what he liked and showed us the shortcomings, which he was right about. Even Hamster who loves Mustangs and defends them agreed. They said he only lost because of the French road work.

Me too

I'm an engineer, I never said it would go that fast with people, its just theoretically possible. So go fuck yourself, we don't need people like you here.

"the toe bone of Nino Franchini in an amulet hanging from the rear view mirror"

Yeah I think they have a pretty good case

Digital gauges that look analog!

Well its a 77 or earlier, appears to be a wagon, but they could sure make huge cars then so maybe not, we can see the curve of the rear glass there. Most likely American as its in America, I am not an expert on American cars but I'm sure someone could pick it out of Ford/GM/Dodge ect..

Well its a damn good idea driving in India, I've never felt so threatened driving anywhere, there and China.
